Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact strength workout that uses the revolutionary MegaPro reformer to challenge you to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. This 45 minute class is focused on core strength, muscular strength, muscular and mental endurance, balance, and flexibility. Our foundation is slow and controlled resistance training utilizing all of the major muscle groups in the body, keeping the heart rate elevated for the entire workout.
