New to Lagreemixx? Start here.
This 55-minute intro class is the perfect way to get comfortable with everything Lagreemixx has to offer.
We’ll kick things off with a 10-minute overview of the Lagree method and the Megaformer, followed by 30-minutes of guided movement to learn and practice foundational Lagree exercises. After a 5-minute cooldown, we’ll transition into the Versa room.
There, you’ll get a 10-minute introduction to the VersaClimber before finishing strong with 1–2 high-energy songs to elevate your heart rate and give you a taste of our signature mixx.
What to bring:
Grip socks for the Lagree machine (available for purchase if needed)
Tennis shoes for the VersaClimber portion
Come ready to move, learn, and have fun!
