What is the megaformer/megapro?

Using two platforms that have the option to tilt, a carriage, handlebars, and springs, the Megaformer allows each certified Lagree instructor at Trim to provide a class accessible to any fitness level, age, and body type. The unique design of this Megaformer creates opportunities to work with and against the spring tension, providing more exercise options, higher intensity, extremely low impact on the joints, and faster transitions between exercises leading to improved cardiovascular benefits.
