
Intro to Lagreemixx
New to Lagreemixx? Start here.
This 55-minute intro class is the perfect way to get comfortable with everything Lagreemixx has to offer.
We’ll kick things off with a 10-minute overview of the Lagree method and the Megaformer, followed by 30-minutes of guided movement to learn and practice foundational Lagree exercises. After a 5-minute cooldown, we’ll transition into the Versa room if you are taking this in our Summerlin location in the Rampart Commons.
There, you’ll get a 10-minute introduction to the VersaClimber before finishing strong with 1–2 high-energy songs to elevate your heart rate and give you a taste of our signature mixx.
What to bring:
Grip socks for the Lagree machine (available for purchase if needed)
Tennis shoes for the VersaClimber portion (only in our Summerlin location)
Come ready to move, learn, and have fun!
Hot tip: Take at least 5 Mixx Full Body classes before jumping into this one.
