Absolutely! We offer Intro to Lagree classes specifically designed for those new to the method. In every class, our instructors provide and demonstrate both modifications and progressions, allowing you to tailor the workout to your current fitness level while continuing to challenge yourself as you grow.
If you’re curious about the Versa Climber, our Lagree + Versa combo class is a perfect way to ease into it before taking on a full 30-minute Versa Climb class.

What if I am pregnant or newly postpartum?
We welcome and support pregnant and postpartum clients! For your safety and to ensure you receive the personalized attention you need, we require all clients new to the method, who are pregnant or newly postpartum, to take a private session before joining group classes.
This allows our instructors to understand your unique needs and provide appropriate modifications so you can move safely and confidently in class.

Please consult your doctor before scheduling.

Yes, we do! We proudly offer special discounts for military members, healthcare professionals, and employees of select partner organizations with proof of ID.
To see if you qualify and learn more about our current discount offerings, please contact the front desk or email us directly.
What is the waitlist policy?
Anyone on the waitlist will be bumped into class in the order that they are in the queue as spots open up.
We will automatically move you into the class up to 10 hours prior to the class start time, which matches our “late cancel” policy. Within 10 hours of class starting we have a “fastest fingers” policy. This means that everyone on the waitlist for that time will receive a text notification that a spot has opened up, and the first person to confirm it via text will secure the mega. Manage your waitlists accordingly so that you don’t get bumped into a class that you are no longer interested in, and then are unable to cancel without a late cancel penalty. Waitlists are best managed using our Lagreemixx app. Please call with any questions prior to adding yourself to a waitlist.
What should I wear/bring?
Grip socks are required for all Lagree and Combo classes to ensure safety and stability. For Combo and Versa Climb classes, please also wear athletic tennis shoes.
Be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class. We provide sweat towels for your convenience, so there’s no need to bring your own. Just come in comfortable workout gear and you’re all set!
What are the befits of Lagree and/or Versa?
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that builds strength, endurance, and core stability using slow, controlled movements. It’s designed to target every muscle group while protecting your joints—making it effective and safe for all fitness levels.
Versa Climber is a vertical cardio workout that delivers maximum results in minimal time. It elevates your heart rate quickly, improves cardiovascular endurance, and torches calories using a total-body climbing motion.
Combined, Lagree and Versa create the ultimate workout: you get the muscle-toning, low-impact strength benefits of Lagree with the heart-pumping, sweat-dripping cardio benefits of Versa. Together, they deliver a full-body burn that builds lean muscle, boosts metabolism, and improves overall fitness.

RETURNING CLIENT?
LAGREE: For returning clients, we permit late arrivals in Lagree classes as long as it is not disruptive for the other clients. If you arrive more than 8 minutes late to a full class, your spot may be given to a member waiting for a spot to open up. Be sure to contact the studio if you are arriving late so that we can keep you informed.
VERSA: For returning clients, we permit late arrivals up to 10 minutes late. We ask you to check in and wait to be brought in with a flashlight by our Studio Concierge member to prevent injury and disruption. Please call to notify us you are still on your way if you will be late.
What if I cancel last minute?
If you cancel a class within 10 hours of the scheduled start time, a late cancel fee will apply.
We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us manage waitlists and ensure everyone has a fair chance to book a spot.
